Day 101-Something you can't live without

Not only can I not live without coffee but I can’t start the day without it. Coffee the nectar of the gods. Waking up at 5am just doesn’t seem possible without a warm cup of coffee to get me going- oh ad there is that little side effect of the caffeine head ache that sets in relatively quickly when I don’t get my cup of Joe.

I don’t drink coffee black, I love all the possibilities you can put into your coffee to make it so much more than just a shot of caffeine.  My normal MO is vanilla soy milk but on occasion especially around the holidays I will splurge on the on the calories and get a fancy tasty creamer to add to my cup- its much cheaper than a trip to Starchucks.

Day 36- Breakfast Today

Along with my photo a day challenge we are all trying to get our 5 fruits and veggies in a day. Now, that is hard….
